If you gived your password to someone you will not have the ability to reclaim it exept if you have still the e-mail which you registed in the game.

1st. Check caps lock, num lock and language
2nd Be sure that you are writing corectly your password
3rd If you still don't have access to your account, wait one day, write at the players list your ign and check the activity
4th Be sure that you are not banned
5th Ask your friend. He can easily reclaim his crossfire account by his e-mail

Try them all. You will propably found your account! Good luck!

When you see the players, you can see when they played last day. You can use it to see if your account is stolen from other persons. If you see that your account has activity then it means that your account has been hacked.
6th Be sure that you haven't downloaded any keyloggers (Zp hacks for example).
