The real Question here is: Why do newbies act like Idiots? and How to guide them not to?
Generally it's because they don't pay attention, most 0 posters come on here and immediately go the barracks and make a OMG WDF A HACKZOORRRRR thread, without looking down and realizing there are 3-4 of the same thread.
If people would not post, and wait 2-3 days just reading the forums, learning who everyone is, and how we interact, they would for the most part be accepted upon posting.
Any of the other more respected forumers can correct me if they want. -

A Suggestion can be very good, change the posting roles!!!
A new comer can't post new Threads until a MOD or a GM gives him the permission, other than that he needs to get to a certain limit of replys first (to know what's going on in the forum better)
so lets say he needs to be an Apprentice before he can post new threads, unless a MOD or GM gives him the go ahead (here they need to make sure that the posted subjects are not posted b4 yet)
So What U think about that? -

a) Spam spam spam spam spam spam. If you combine privileges with post count, people will just spam to reach the set number.Just to take care of most flaws (if not all), so we can have our ground breaking suggestion looks good.
b) Instead of asking their questions in new threads, they will just post them in open threads, which are most likely about totally different subjects. (repeat in more threads to get a speedy reply)
c) I assume it is clear that those people don't read stickies and such or know how the forum works. Which means that every single one of those newbies will want to know how to make threads/why they can't make threads. And since they can't make threads, see b).
