Run time error

when i open up the crossfire start up page i get this
"ActiveX could not be displayed because either:
1.) your current setting prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page or
2.) you have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.
as a result, this page could not be displayed correctly."
after i click OK on that message i proceed to click START GAME and then i get a this message
"Run-time error '5': invalid procedure call or argument.

what does this mean??

Try a re-installation... do the following

Uninstall the game

Control panel > add or remove programs > remove it... (It varies on your OS)

after uninstalling the game delete all files related to the game, you can find those on "My documents" Folder

Continue by downloading a fresh copy of the game client... do it via patcher download. when that's done install it and see if it worked if not let us know.
