The new light suck because if Some Ghost is infront of a light... u can see him perfectly..

That is becuase you are dead and in the same team anyways i bet you the gr cant even see him -

not really,i always play as a GR and i see them perfectly,and when i kill em they go on like hacker and stuff,but thats not a problem or new,its actully old and i think that the coders ment to do it,to make it harder for the ghosts and easier for the GR XD
