After new patch - Graphics problem

Something happened with the graphics.
My monitor does not display the correct resolution - I have a black border around CF window.
Another thing - screen refresh - game does not use the correct refresh settings - uses the default - 60 Hz and my eyes are burning.
But I don`t changed anything in the settings.

what resolution you playing at and what's your screen resolution?

system: 1024 x 768 85 Hz
CF: 1024 x 768 85Hz (CF uses the system settings)
but after today`s path CF start -> 1024 x 768 and default 60 Hz = cut and shifted CF window + blurry font + eye pain

Falkentyne1 one turned me on to a third party tool called RefreshLock in this thread

It seems we are running similar resolutions and refresh rates and this works
for the time being.
I hope the developers fix this bug soon.
