It will most likey never happen. The reason? The ingame mods would create a huge headache for the GMs because they are human and would inevitably ban someone wrongly.

So, I say this. It will most likely never happen, and I'm happy it will not.

We have MoD already.
Hire MoD must be careful, z8 must be responsible for the mistake made by MoD.
Paying in zp will cause MoD more easily to make mistake.
Give them power to ban will make every mistake costly.
We can not guarantee there is MoD online any moment.

Instead, if we can know some player are more trustable by a credit system.
1. His report can be reviewed first because he is more likely to be right.
2. His vote weight more because he is more likely to be fair.
3. There might be lots of he if z8 can honored them someway, not necessary zp, a special ribbon will work.
4. And z8 need not be worry about the mistake they made, once they have mistake and reported, just lower their credit level (like 1-5 times of credits he can gain by a correct report, depends on how apparently it is an abusemnt). His influence will be justified by the credit. And z8 will be very safe from the problem created. z8 also gain the impression to teach the kid to do right things.
