the 'pictures of black people' is racist, and showing your racism, showing you're hating, and hating a certain way can be considered 'trolling' if done for a reaction.
The community is mostly comprised of trolls, idiots, and c0cky 14-16 year olds, so it shouldn't be a surprise as to what's posted here. Also, off topic on z8 is another term for 'spam'. -
