here's the router i have, at the right side, i press those 2 buttons for 5 sec, (wireless and wps buttons that turn ons and turns off the wireless/wps) it says it'll to reset everything (according someone) , after that, the internet's been red the whole time.
now i need a way to undo all this thing
This is exactly what i did:
Using the Wireless On/Off and WPS Buttons to Reset the Router
To restore the factory default configuration settings without knowing the administration password
or IP address, you must press the Wireless On/Off and WPS buttons on the side panel of the router
simultaneously.
1. Press and hold the Wireless On/Off and WPS buttons until the Power LED blinks red (about
6 seconds).
2. Release the Wireless On/Off and WPS buttons and wait for the router to reboot. The Power
LED will blink red three times and then will turn green when the default configuration settings
have been restored
THIS IS WHAT I DID, NOW THE INTERNET IS ****ED UP -

actually that's false, i've been using the router with 7 and had no problems at all.
now, i know the problem, the problem is, when i reset the router that changed it backed to default settings, it must've done something to the internet that made it red like that
i'll try few other things to solve it, if not working, i'll call a tech
