please tell me you didn't spam them with multiple support tickets about the same thing over like 24 hours.... that would be one reason they would close it.
IF it isn't the case, then send another one, quoting the previous ticket and any information about it.The gun is free, a reward if you will. You didn't have to pay a dime for it. They can take as long as they damn well please to give you it.

lol, just trolling back to my posts... im bored
well......... i already had a clutch killer , when i was a rookie in that rookie server.
when the ribbons came out, i alreay got it without knowing.
i can get 5kills daily, 8kills is rare, like once a wk.
i aint a noob farmer,,,,,,,,,, not all farmers r noob. -

lol is easy to get clutch ribbon when your in Rookie server...
Try maintaining that ribbon when come out of Rookie Server bud...
