Today i made a mistake with my cupons. I excange them for shovel 90 days. I don't desire that. If is weekend, suport center can help me? I read you can get your cuppons back in 48 hours.

i dont see how you purchase something by accident. It asks you if you are sure so you obviously clicked yes.
but anyway send a support ticket before its to late.

Support will not respond until Monday because that's when they'll go back into office.
Saturday and Sunday is their weekend and their days off.

Sometimes you click on something else, but somehow you get _________. I think you should send a support ticket. Even if it is the weekends, a GM or MOD might see it. good luck ^_^

If a new cupon weapon came out I would take it and send a ticket if I regretted it.

Sometimes you're just watching what you can get and like click on somethingbfor which you don't have enough cupons and click on exchange just to pretend you are getting it and you buy a 90d mp5-adv

As said in the specified thread, you have to submit the ticket 48hours maximum after having exchanged the cupons. If nobody replies to the ticket in the following days it doesn't matter because you have submitted it in 48hours.

Smart thought though. Take a shovel on friday and send the ticket saturday that way you'll have it for atleast 2days and for free
