Check the last day that he played.

You don't.

You could always check their profile every now and then, but other than that, you won't know.

if you properly sent the replay and they were definitely hacking, they will be banned, it's rare for GMs to make mistakes when banning people.

How can we know who is banned? let's see, you report player and you will never know if he is banned(in most case never) why?, simple, just use rename and thats all, if you buy a lots of ZP your chance to be banned is equal to zero. why you remove ban list? so you protect hak.ers who buy lots of ZP and you dont wana to ban that players.
I have reports from last year of 2-3 players thats obviously use wall and aimbot and guess what?! they still play and they are not banned!!!! why? you will say that have a lots of replays to watch and to few mods to watch them, so why dont you take more mods or put in game "police" players...

bring back ban list if you dare so we all can see that you doing something...

ok, can you give me one proof that someone is banned? any proof except his last play date is 1.3.2010 (maybe he dont wana play anymore) or you cannot find him on players search engine (couse he change his name) ??????? one proof please.
