If you have proof of purchase of any and all zp bought for the account, email reciepts. Remember old passwords and other off the wall info you can get your info. It's just a pain. I would call them personally, outside of that submit a support ticket suppling as much information as you can, receipt purchase numbers. Any little detail you can remember about the account will help you get it back. But Money talks more than anything else...

If you have the ID's then ... you can just create a new account - start from the beginning BUT you will have your ZP

U wont get the info back through support i gave them a security answer an ip and a screeny of the email from z8games when i created it
