we are not talking about Brs we are talking about High pingers.
and this happens to high pingers too so is not a advantage. -

A high ping vs a low pinger is basically just as "unfair" as a low pinger vs a high pinger. Both will get prefired/look like they are wall hacking, due to client side differences in player position (example: low pinger is 100% safe behind a wall, high pinger headshots him because his internet connection is too slow to see the low pinger's updated position yet).
The difference, as mentioned above, is that if the low pinger manages to kill the high pinger fast enough, he will tank FAR more often than the high pinger will. But both players have to be shooting at each other in order for the low pinger to get the tank advantage in.
If it's a long range fight, it's a total crap shoot of BS and zero skill, besides who can aim better, since what either player sees on their screen means basically zilch.
The one "advantage" that the high pinger has, is that he will teleport/slide, which can be enough to throw the low pinger's aim completely off. If the low pinger isn't moving during this time, he can get owned by this.
+if the low pinger keep moving is almost impossible to headshot/hit him.
Im not saying that a low pinger will win a game just because his ping.
and i understand that some times my high ping help me to get a away.
but usually my ping will get me killed.

Well I've strafed my butt off vs high pingers (200+) and repeatedly get headshotted by them, sometimes by just 1 or 2 (apparent) bullets. I think if the higher pinger's internet connection is fast and STABLE, then they shouldn't have any problem getting a headshot with good aiming/prediction. The problem are these high pingers that go from 200 ping to 300 ping and back and forth...

exactly. and even a some one that go from 10 ping to 30ping will cause the same
trouble as the guy going from 200ping to 300ping.
again. we are talking abouth high STABLE pingers.yes...the teleporting...

Having high ping is definately a disadvantage. Reg is bad.
Yet low pingers qq every fking time when they get killed by a high pinger. Get good?

YESSS they have an advange! omggg! i hate it sooo much, they take soo hard. I say anything above 250 ping stop stealing internet and buy your own;)
you know that even someone with 50 ping can tank right?
tank isnt about ping is about how someone play.
my ping is 230 and hardly someone calls me "tanker". -

In here i have 140 on US SOUTH.
In eternia 58/68. Its such a HUGE dif. that many brazilians think that i have 1 hit ko when i play GM and the fact is im not even good at this mode actually. I just wait for some ghost come at me rushing and when i aim for the head BOOM HS in 1 or 2 shots.
Right here it takes me like 4 or 5 to get a hs, half clip of m4 silver to kill him to the body and if im in a reg server like alpha or bravo IT TAKES A FULL CLIP ( like 20 rounds for sure ) to kill a low ping ghost.
So...yes low ping DO make a difference. -

I believe there are two main factors that affect ping,
1. Internet
2. Distance
Internet is either a good or bad thing. Internet can make the register of bullets very significant. If it's different from the usual ping, that can affect the register greatly, it hardly ever gets better, only same or worse.
Distance normally depends on the difference of the location of the server and the location of the user. From different games i've played, i've noticed that the distance affecting ping isn't as significant in terms of registering bullets as the Internet ping. -
Lol this thread is hilarious. 150ms has an advantage over 50ms. Period. When you start getting to 200ms+, the advantage basically melts into both people tanking and dying behind walls/boxes. I have 27-29ms constantly. Sometimes when I want a laugh, I go on the UK server with an mp5 and just lawnmower over people that cant hit me.
If you are in a stationary position with low ping, and I'm talking more about SnD here than tdm etc, and a person with 150ms+ runs around a corner, they will see you and start shooting before you even see them. Assuming equal skill levels too. If I'm awping some doorway, a skilled player with a moderately high ping can literally pop out, headshot me and be gone before I even see him. If he's got like 250-300ms, I have time to react and move before his lag bullets find me. At that high of a ping, its a wash and all advantages are canceled out and both people are just ****ed off. -
