Mouse sensitivity changing constantly

Sensitivity increases and decreases while playing in game although it's set to a certain number. I.e. 12 sensitivity in a 1v1 is much faster than 12 sensitivity in a 16 man.

its not mouse accel. I use windows 7 if that means anything. I have no problems with this on cs or any other games i play only crossfire... even sudden attack.

the reason i was thinking pc is bc when the game is requiring more from your pc it lags on ya

It is probably lag. You might have FPS or Ping lag.

I get about 80-120 fps on an 8v8... ping wouldn't make any difference.

im actually positive that its my fps now that i think about it. i get about 300 - 260 fps in a 1v1 and 100 - 80 in an 8v8. is there a way to cap fps currently?
