Does Resetting your KD reset headshots?

But yes your HS's do reset and you don't lose the ribbon.

One thing I'd like to see in the ribbon guide is a note as to whether or not a specific ribbon can be lost. Creationism can't be, for instance, but you can lose the Honorable Soldier. This might help quell some of these misunderstandings.
