I like the idea though 500 reports which have to result with a perm ban is impossible.. Becaouse many will report the same person ^^

dammit, you stole my idea. I was working about it in this week...
Well, my question is about false reports. After see Militar Inteligence Ribon fail, I'm afraid the same thing happen with this Ribbon.

Maybe should includ a less points, to false report and notice de user about it
