Ok so if you get the m4cc and loose your 2.0 kd u loose the ribbon right? do u loose the gun to if you have exactly 20 ribbons?

Once you receive the ribbon and M4 you {do not} have to keep your KDR above 2.0 to keep them.

You will loose the ribbon, but you will keep the weapon.

If you do not meet the requirements for any ribbon at any point it will be removed. Rewards from acquiring such ribbons will not disappear though.
