Elite levels 6 and 9 should give a perma-weapon.
So should level 9 from each class.

Good idea.. And you would also want to add a Ribbon about pistols like "Pistol master" and you get that if you have 4 kinds of pistols or so..

And i'm sure there will be more ideas to come..

+1 .. There just excist 23 or smth, and some can just be compledted once.

I like the Class Expert ribbon cause there is only one ribbon related to the badges. New should and (i think) are gonna be created in order to win the M4 custom crystal. But ribbons shouldnt be too many otherwise it decrease the value of the weapon...

I think the Knifer Ribons is dificult to control, because is not permanent weapons or status in character
