A farming clan can only still get 10 points per day, per player, and 10 points is earned by doing 5k xp.

I dont find that hard to get, if we are talking about farming to get clan points, then i find that is not an issue, farming for rank is a different thing, if they want to spend hours of their lives on their own shooting at characters that dont move, then let them. Meanwhile we can have a proper game and have fun.
