Because of the ROF and recoil 'reset' time, if you can aim for the head and burst Uzi really is the best. Its light weight is also a much greater boon than people give credit. The extra speed is key for mobile shooting (SMGs strong point). Don't forget that because of this game's terrible lag any extra speed boost helps massively with tanking.
