techically u only need 20 ribbon, but when u get the 20th u will receive the 21th ribbon, so anyway just w8 for the m4-c crstyal when u have ur 21th ribbon XD

there are 24 ribbons totaly, and 1 years ribbon, i think i never got it, so i have to collect 21/23, omg.....it's a big job!!

You onhly need 20 ribbons. When you get them, THEN you will be given an additional one together with the M4CC and have your 21st ribbon. So only 20 ribbons are required.
