21 ribbons not 20

20 is correct, because 20 gives you 21, which gives you the M4CC.
20 is the requirement to get the 21st ribbon, so in saying 20, they ARE correct.
i got my 20th ribbon last saturday and on z8 ribbon page it is stipulated that certain ribbons are given from 24 to 48 hours. Then why don't i have M4CC in my storage today (monday 21st) ? -

The gun comes with the 21st ribbon so It's 20 ribbons to get the gun.
