Get rid of the hacks NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is it no one ever gets Permanently Banned.All u noobs do is ban them for so long like say a week.Well why dont u stop being chickens and get rid of all hackers.Ban them Permanently if u have to.If they pay for ZP who cares.I buy ZP and if u dont get rid of these hacks u lose 1 more person that pays for new maps and stuff cause if u dont do something im quiting and posting on facebook that this game FAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my problem is very bad,you know my normal ping is only 130 up to 150 but now when this new pacth come my ping sucks it moves to 290 to 300 up very bad who can help this i believe the problem is in this game
