you need 20 ribbons to get another ribbon
this other ribbon is your 21 ribbon than and the ribbons reward is the crystal custom
so you can say you get it on 20 ribbon or on 21 its wayne...
but correcly would be to say you get it for the ribbon: my ribbons are made of crystal

Spammers I mean gentlemen It is 20. What happens is that you get your gun like 1-2 after you get your 20th ribbon. What probably happen is that you got your 21st ribbon during the time you were waiting for the Custom Crystal. So don{t whine complain about it.
