mission doesnt count

Hello dear killers..
after patching the game and get rid from the flash bang errors, I've found that the daily mission kills doesnt count.. I mean when I register 50 kills in Port MM, close the game and re-open it after a while I find that I LOST ALL MY KILLS AND MY GP FROM THE KILLS!!!!
AARRRRRGGGHH!!! WHAT A BUGGY PATCH!

therefore i am not working on the daily missions i am offered to work on, i cant say if this is true
