GP crate guns(malfunction)

this happened to couple of my GP crate guns (M4A1, etc.)
just got them, havent even played a couple of games and they MALFUNCTION.

if its a bug after this new patch, please need help

If you mean that they are broken (damaged) then
you need to repair them... It's suppose to be like that not a bug.

If you use a gun and let it expire, the next time you win it, it will be in the same state, you don't get a brand new gun...
