I am a First Lt on my third acount now and have spent more gp then I can even count and have only ever won a winchester out of the thousands of every gp crate that I have spun. I have been one away from almost every gp crate weapon, it is driving me mad beyond belief

It's all luck, mate. You seem to be pretty unlucky.
I suggest you buy all the Item Mall GP guns first before heading back for crates. At least then you'll have something permanent with you.
