Couple Questions (GO AWAY SPAMMERS)
I was wondering if anyone can help me with few questions
1. I heard the forum post ribbon has lowered its post count? can anyone help me confirm this as rumor or truth? If it is please let me know how many is required.
2. Another question is anyone have the new m4 that I could test out? I really wanted this gun and I eneded up blowing a 60k on it and ended up with absolutely nothing.

It is now only 250 posts from the 1000 it used to be.

It's similar to the M4 custom in most ways except for the skin, don't worry, you aren't missing out on anything.
EDIT: I thought you were speaking of the M4-Custom Crystal.
The M4 E is completely amazing, I've used it in game today.

I heard that the scope mechanism is completely different from m4-c. Am I wrong? -

The ribbon has already achieved what it was supposed to do. And in a lot of positive ways that may not just be obvious because of the spam. But spamming for 1,000 posts just isn't something we wanted.
We'll be making a more official statement on this once we sort out the issues that seemed to show up in the game post-testing and post-patch that have completely blind-sided us.
Also, not to mention we WILL be doing more stuff with the forums, involving post counts and other things with games. This was just the first step in tying a forum account to a game account. Always have to take a first step to make sure the next one is better. 1,000 was just not going to accomplish what 250 can do.
As for the Crystal, it works the same way as the collect-10 ribbons award. Once you receive the award it is permanent on your account. Losing a ribbon like clutch killer won't remove the gun and/or ribbon from your account.
This was Z8's first step into linking the accounts, so they wanted to see what would happen. It was somewhat like an experiment, and it totally failed because of the spammers. -

This was expected though, anything simple and easy to get, many would abuse their ways to get what they want..

I'm still confused, do you need 25 different perm guns, or just 25 perm guns total?
25 Total Permanant gun..
I have no idea if the halloween ak/kris
Xmas (deagle/mp5/awm/ak) will count though
I have not seen them registered on my profile...
