Need an emergancy rifler
Hello, this is your one way ticket to #Converse.
Seriously though, hit me up on xfire for a FREE tryout! (strapzy-)
Now, im looking for a rifler with a DECENT aim and a BETTER THAN DECENT gamesense. You will have 5 scrims to prove to me you are the dude for my clan otherwise you will be cut, unfortunately like the other players.
WE ARE in ESL, and are currently i think... 22nd? We FAIL in ESL atm as we cannot seem to get down a solid team, we have 4 solid starters but are constantly on the look out for that all needed 5th guy.
I propose you topfrag most scrims, call correctly, and make the correct rotates depending on the anti-strat.
Im looking for someone LOYAL who will fight on after every scrim, even if we lose he will stick it out because we can be one of the best EU teams in this game if we keep at it, laugh at me or not i KNOW it.

@Tony: Sorrow is top quality if he actually cared/ played. He's good enough to play for anyone in the ''Big 4''
Cant say i was happy that boo joined converse but if he feels it's there where he can make himself better and achieve something more as a competitive player, thats perfectly fine by me, im even happy for him if he does settle down for a team with a stable leader.
I could easily see Sorrow join a Deluxe, Conn3xx, Phys1x or R.O.C, not even joking. He might not be a starter until he gets some more experience, but definitely one of the best riflers ive seen. -

I think theres potentail here, once the teething problems and the drama queens have made there own way i fell as a core the few guys i have spoke to are really matture and just going through a hard time atm, i did my homework sara i spoke to ppl about this team and wot they thought ofc, issues that were raised and were addressed shorty after me joining for one reason or another, luck of the irsh i have....Im happy to start a fresh and work together see if something can come of it, i look forward to fighting for spots and giving if any ever was needed help or experince if asked il miss u guys mate dont be mad i came here the most teams have there s5 id only be a sub probably, so im fine mate onwards and upwards here at converse....Look forward to playing all the big boys soon here at converse u know who u are so with that being said "game f**kin on" -
Yo, you obviously dont know what rock bottom is, cos we started there. A year and a half of improving, and we actually are a decent EU team that are never going to die, never going to argue and play like a propper team does. I feel my own game improving as I look back over the last 2 months. Boo was a good pickup, and to be honest i didnt know boo before, but i can already tell hes the guy i want because he just gets on with his game and doesnt talk **** on the forums or trash talk in game/vent ever. In our first scrim, weve never played The Mine before, let alone playing wit Boo, but already i could feel the connection i needed and missed before, so i dont see why your angry or upset. Boo is obviously loyal and ready to step up onto a bigger level, so let him

Mad? wow lol totally misunderstood me there. I think boo is a great rifler and very easy to work with on a team. I played with boo for over 6 months and i have no idea why i would be angry or upset when i continuously encouraged him to keep playing and keep fighting on your team. Boo has a lot of experience on playing the big teams, having performed on client on both ESL and WOGL alongside me and i know for sure that he can keep up with any team, im just not-that-happy for him because from what i've seen on the last few days Converse doesnt really know where they stand right now, you seem a bit lost. -

I have no intentions starting a flamewar in here but I'm sure Strapzy is doing what he thinks is the best for his clan. I personally has nothing against Strapzy nor his clan but they still have a long way to go and they are aware of that. I know they practice hard even without having a solid s5 yet and I hope Converse will have their s5 as soon as possible, but it is very difficult finding solid and experienced players nowadays. Those of you who got cut from Converse, why don't you quit the 'hate'? Might be one of the reasons why you are not a part of this clan anymore, obviously what you are doing right now just verify Strapzy doing the right thing. I see some of you guys made 'Evade', if you think the things mentioned above is the complete opposite, prove me wrong by beating Converse IN GAME.
It is not necessary starting a 'fight' we already got enough hating on the BRs & Turks.

Being cut should in theory bring the best out of a player not the worst, it means its time to re-evaluate what went wrong, what you can improve on, and how you can prevent it happening again in a future team. Its not an oppertunity to try to make a mockery of your previous team, being cut is ofc hard to take but any decent leader will give you the reason why the cut was made which is a head start in an insight of what u need to improve on. Plz lets not turn this into the usual flames i see for members or ex members from this team. Cuts have been made in the best intrest of the clan from the leader, for the people that have issues with the cut plz be the bigger person and take it up over pms in game or x-fire. Theres never any need to dicuss personal issues people may have with reason's for cuts its kinda embarressing and immature to display it publicly on forums makes the team look bad and the players involved look bad and noone wants this the team nor the individual. This is just an extension on what my freind Mudi has wrote and he is talking the truth also...So that being said.
Converse are looking for a Solid rifle if you think you fit the bill come and tryout..... -

Topfrag most scrims? Well thats quite an interesting requirement o.O
Wouldnt it be wiser to look for a player who fits the team the best, see if the chemistry is right first, you can always improve shots and gameplay later on if needed.

Unfortunatly the community nowadays believes that clans are made in 1 day. While the truth is exactly the opposite, We are looking for a rifler that can compete, and then evolve with us. Chemistry and teamplay comes with time. For him to survive that time he needs to have a bit more than 0.001 gamesense.
