I got a new Razer Mouse and now i have the mouse bug like this:

It Wuz Hannenin....
maybe its your pulse? or maybe its the surface you are using to move the mouse...

its 100% not the Surface

bc when i am not in CF it works normal

ITS CF, I have the same problem.

Its annoying and it also happens with my keyboard. It goes off and on too.... Its like this unreal blockade.... It hard to explain it, but Im tired of it, cus it registers my mouse and keybourd too slow at times, and gets me killed.

i fixed it, i had to turn my mouse on 125hz, dunno why
