Replays failing to save

I save a lot of replays to report hackers and such, but over the last month there have been about 3 times where I save the replay and it fails to show up in my replay folder at all. Also when this happens I try to go get the ReplayTemp.rtp and it isn't in the folder either. Does this ever happen to anyone else or is it likely due to some problem with my computer?

same here specially at uk clan server after clan matches we cant save replays so everyone using hack in clan matches :S

Has happened two more times today. I would really like to know if anyone one at Z8 has any idea what might be causing this.
