My point is that it is still possible for a perfectly sane person to have things happen to them to put them in a state of depression of suicide.
A person with no history of depression can suddenly have a "when it rains it pours" period of time, and proceed to be overwhelmed and take their own life. -

Time as know it is a man made mental concept, in reality there are "hours" or "minutes", it is nothing but an idea.
Someone took the earth spinning and said this many x's make this many x's which take x amount of time for earth to spin x degrees. -

if they're debating suicide i highly doubt they are "strong mentally"
I think his point was that a mentally strong person would be unable to go from strong to depressed to the point of suicide, when it is possible.
Like I said, if a strong person goes through a period of when it rains it pours it often becomes a viable option. -

Since you don't personally know everyone on these boards you can't say you've gone through harder times than anyone else here.
In other way to say this. Different people take different things differently. Something that is really easy for you is really hard for someone else. And the other way around.
You went through something hard and made it. Gratz. But do not underestimate how easy those things you've gone through are to someone else.
In fact the most simple thing can break a person. As simple and easy it might be to you It is something totally different to someone else.
So imo the way you think those who commit suicide are weak. Is BS. -

i've debated suicide not because im weak, but more because im lazy. my problems could be solved, but im just to lazy a person to bother with it. basically its the easy way out. -

That's just the human way, we will aways look into the easier ways, they're pretty much tempting on hard times when a person cannot even think correctly, but yeah, a mentally strong person will make everything if they want (even fly xD) because a mentally strong person will have an enormous willpower, and all that willpower will be redirectioned to the "i want to live mothafockas!" part of his/her brain, so, they will live :] -

i keep myself alive thinking about this girl.....right now she can only love me like a brother, which she does. but i am driven on by the slim chance we may someday be something more
