nah i've tried that, she's my closest friend, she knows what i want. and i also know what she wants, and its not me. so i'll help her achieve her dream even if it ruins mine -

my friend, that's called love, the real one...
where the only thing you seek is the happiness of your loved one...
no self satisfaction depending on her/him, just satisfaction for seeing a smile in her/his face...
unfortunately, i'm still a douxe who do not know how to be happy with the real love

In other way to say this. Different people take different things differently. Something that is really easy for you is really hard for someone else. And the other way around.

i think no one is immune to committing suicide.
a friend i went to school with got into a car accident with his wife and five year old daugther. he just had a few scratches and a broken arm while they both died before the ambulance got there. in my opinion he was a strong person. he tried to go on. therapy and so on. one day he went into his garage, got in the car, opened the windows and started the engine. he tried hard, but in the end its everyones decision. you can´t force anyone to live. i am agnostic, but i really hope for him, that they are reunited somewhere. -
Nobody is more qualified to say whether or not a life is worth living than the one who lives it. For some people, there truely isn't anything worth living for, and suicide is the only way out. While we can pretend they can get better and fix whatever problems they have with hard work and patience, reality doesn't always work that way. For some people, life is simply not worth the pain. Telling someone otherwise without understanding every little nuance of their life is a pretty arrogant thing.

If you're talking about the "OMFG SHE/HE LEFT ME FOR MAI BESTFRIEND!!!1!1!!" kind of suicide. Then that's dumb.
And if you think your life if shat because your mommy didn't buy you X thing or because you don't try to make friends, then, what do you leave for the people living in the absolutely poor countries in Africa? THAT is a bad life, yet, they try to live as long as they can. -

Sometimes looks tempting hah kidding.
People suicide cause they can't see a way out the problems.
They never talk to people and/or if they do some people just think "ah you'll be fine stop talking craps and get some rest" and that never helps.
Yup weak people do that but you can't change the way you are.
And not the weak people , but people that don't feel love coming from others.
It takes only a minute to say few nice words and nor your tongue nor lips will hurt. -

Ofcourse it can be the right thing to do. Everyone decides for themselfs what is right and what is wrong.
If someone commits a suicide. No one else has the right to say it was a wrong decision. It is completely up to the person to determine if there is another way or not. -
I misconception I think I'm seeing here is that when people commit suicide, they think they're going on to a better place, or some kind of afterlife. This isn't generally the case (with the exception of suicide cults, but those aren't relevant). People who commit suicide feel that there's so much wrong with their existence that the only way to fix it is by destroying it. It's not "This life sucks, let's jump over to the next one."

Anyone can make their own decision and believe it is right. There's always a solution to problems.
Taking your own life is selfish and cowardly.
You are not only destroying your own life but the lives of your family and people who love you. -
Well i dont care about suiciders at all..
I just hate the ones of them who are so bloody selfish that they run a bullet through their head or jump out from a window.. Those ba**rds just kill themselves and dont even care that they had chosen a messy way and that some other guys have to clean after them..
Really, i would revive those kinda suiciders, let them clean it and then kill them again.. -

OT: I wouldn't know if suicide is right or wrong because the thought never went through my head, but my guess is if there's some pretty broken things going on in your life, suicide may seem like the only way to fix them :cool: -

IMO-Suicide is acceptable, because no one does it half heartedly. Though we shouldn't encourage it, it should not be frowned upon.
we must see ourselves as a society, how to improve this.
