whats the best fraps setting for this computer?

my computer has: intel quad core Q6600, 3GB RAM, 500GB, grafic card: G8800

so my question is, what is the best setting for fraps to record crossfire?

I would say full-size videos with as many FPS as you can record

hmm, i tryed that but i got low FTP rate then. and event can not play cf, coz it laggs

I have to record on 35-40 FPS to get smooth vid and to be able to play, but my pc is not so powerfull as yours
