The RPK-Camo crate got removed in the Halloween patch, too many people went for the golden one.

He probably saw someone with a Camo and was wondering where to get one. The RPK camo used to be in a ZP crate, but after the RPK Gold came out as a ZP crate with a better skin and more ammo, nobody bought the RPK Camo crates anymore. Because of this, and the fact that they really didn't need 2 RPK's in the black market, they decided to take the RPK Camo crate away, but anyone that had already won one would still keep the weapon. Now, it's one of the few unobtainable items, alongside with some holiday weapons, the permanent regular PSG, the Tiger Striped M4A1, certain holiday themed weapons, and probably one or two others that I can't think of at the moment.
