Glitched Characters

Recently i've been joining games and the character sometimes turn up all glitched out..
It's really hard to play when this is happening, if anyone knows a fix, please tell me.

BTW the score is 1-12 cause i was teaching gpwn headshot techniques.

Anyone have a fix for this? please...I WOGL and it's impossible to play, the character and object in the map get glitched out to the point i can't see anything at all.
