Ive tried few of them, but i still came back to Fraps.. At least in my case Fraps is stealing less fps than other programms do..

I think the best idea is to save the replay then record the gameplay rather than record it as you are playing as any recording program will reduce your framerate while playing.

yeah and +1 to that.. Replays may cause some view laggs, but its not significant and the final record is imho smoother..
