"failed to start the process"

My download gets to 100% and I get a popup saying "failed to start the process".

What does this mean?
I'm on Vista and I have already tried running as administrator, it gave me the same error.
And how do I fix this?

I finally found out how to solve it. Just save the game into a diff. disk. Like if the first one was in Disk C, then put it in Disk D. That what I did. Hope this helps.
