reporting

I get this message when i try to report a hack.er via Support ticket.
"Error occored when upload file, Please contact administrator.The network path was not found."
Can someone tell me how to bypass this. thanks

How i do reporting please tell me i see some hack.ers and i cant do what !!!

Can one of this people here tell me how i do report hack.er please i hate this kids they cant play and because that he hack at all hack.ers of this game I HATE HACK.ER KIDS AND BOBS THEY ARE FU.CKING NOOBS AND I HAVE A - K/D BECAUSE HACK.ERS I HATE IT
