I got SSG552-Camo gun in Dog tag Crates, why is it that its already broken and i didn't use? This isn't first time that guns are Malfunctioning. Please fix this problem

I had it before but its already expired and its gone in my storage, i got new today and i did not use it yet please fix this..

So if i cannot repair the gun in the past that i got, and now the free gun is malfunctioning even not using because i did not repair it last time? Too bad i thought it was repaired after i got new one again. I suggest it shouldn't be malfunctioning if we got new Gun because its a free gun and expiration from Dog Crates
