I'll first preface this with a little bit of information.

First off, if you fill out a survey or use any of the ZP features in the Survey section of the site. The area where you have to click on the agreement button that says we are not responsible. Then you could run the risk of these things happening if you use fake information.

Now before you bowl me over with replies saying you're perfectly legit etc etc. We are looking in to whats happening here and will have more back on this as we go.

Not certain the root of WHY Gambit is doing this following it's removal from the portal Z8 Games, but I can inform you this is NOT the first time Gambit Labs Inc. has done this. There's logged articles and claims dating back to 2009 regarding this very issue. How do I get this resolved? At this time you MUST take this up with Gambit Labs Inc. as you agreed to the terms and policies of the third party advertisers. Ok, how do I contact them? Unfortunately their logged business number is not a valid number in their portfolio, thus leaving the ONLY means of communication via. email. You can email their support department at the following address; gambithelp@getgambit.com. Do be advised, there's numerous claims listed regarding their slower than average reply time, and their general customer service. It's an unfortunate situations you've been placed it, but those are the risks when you work with third party providers. We're lucky the G4Box Inc. office is aware of the issue...Not certain there's anything in turn they can do, so all I can recommend is send them [Gambit Labs Inc.] a support email inquiring any/all information and resolution(s). When sending them an email have the following information listed in the email;
  • Publisher: Z8 Games Inc. of G4Box Inc.
  • TransID [This is found when you login HERE.]
* Have also handy the email attached to the surveys, if you can remember

I sympathize for you. The situation is very frustrating, and in alot of cases unfair. Users have been affected by this issue for as little as their video click. Be patient and keep your fingers crossed...I'm fairly positive, following other reports and a test email I sent them earlier they WILL give you the runaround. Companies typically only do this in poor business ethics for money owed or earned; Whether it be you, the publisher or the sale advertisers. These third party advertising portals want to be paid and the seize all parties involved. It's not moral, but it IS how some companies work....

  • This is in addition to Recent Services with Gambit Surveys and Offers. The listed information is essential for optimal service.
  • I'm one of those people at least I think that was a chargeback on a video click. My advice don't bother with gambit. I fought with them for 6 months over about 20k zp they owed me and guess what they simply closed the ticket as SOLVED. Nothing changed they just didn't want to pay me and I had screenshot proof(it was a offer that required credit card as well) Z8 has said they will let people settle the difference w/ them and this is the path I am taking and would suggest. I can remember waiting 2 months trying to get a response from gambit, its a waste of time.

    The irony if the chargeback is a video, my account has been closed for literally under 100 zp. Do the math and its less than 20 cents if that. So yeah Z8 says you can pay the amount owed, you best believe I choose this path rather than deal with the fly by night outfit known as gambit.

    Just a warning to those unaffected AVOID GAMBIT, I actually filed a bbb report on them and those that have the same issues should do the same.

    That's terrible. I've read a slew of reports on this company and this just adds to it. I'm sitting on 11 hrs no response on my first email sent. I can't fathom how a company does this...or better yet, operates like this time and time again.
