Ping spikes only at nightime!!!

It is not because of ingame traffic. That idea is debunked. Because if this was the case, then we'd all be lagging during the day when the first 3 servers are packed to the gills. Something with crossfire has either gone bad or they're doing some sort of scan that apparently starts at around 6pm est. It's been happening to me ever since the x-mas patch. It's getting really annnoying and I dont even try to play at night anymore because of it.. Hopefully they'll fix it soon..

Yeah sorry if I seemed harsh a bit... I just don't like having to shut down crossfire earlier than usual and having 200+ ping... Last night, me and a handful of my clannies couldnt get our pings down to under 200 ping for anything and we all live in the US so our ping should have been double digits... Not BR ping.. So yeah it has to be something with crossfire itself.. Hopefully this newer patch that will come soon might fix the problem.

L0l before they patch it will prob be another month. They didnt do anything for 1 month n 2 weeks already. So why patch? rofl crossfire is geting worse. People are quiting every day

Just a matter of time... I'm stuck with crossfire since my specs are below the neccessary needs for other free fps games. I like crossfire, there's just a few things that need to be improoved.. All in due time. There are less hakers now than from a week or so ago. The late night lag is a bit annoying but at least I have till 6pm to play cf...
Every game is going to have their problems, some more than others... BR's shouldnt be able to play cf since they all have over 170 ping and that since they dont feel like quitting the game, they just hack it. Granted there are a FEW legit BR's but they still lag... Therefore the only real way to help them is to give them a closer server... BUT WAIT! they did! The south server and West server.. AND GUESS WHAT!!! it's a ghost town... Just shows that BR's want to either hack against the hackless and that they use their 200+ ping to their advantage.. So the real question is.. Are they even worth creating anything for them? z8games already tried and the br's don't care. Solutions: 1. ban them since they're not within a reasonable ping. Reasonable at the very most would be 150. 2. Maybe not ban them but create the servers or rooms a ping cap. So people can actually control who can come in and who can't. Makes the game more enjoyable and more legit.
