I have searched and can't find an answer, what is the room symbol mean that looks like the Play button on media player (circle with right arrow in it)?

huh?!? what u talk about ?? u want watch ur replays ? go to storage and top right corner button > decide wich replay u want watch

It won't let attach pictures, so I put it in my profile pic (the symbol beside the room names I am referring to).

It means spectators are allowed to simply watch the game, rather than join in. To do that, once you've entered the room, click the 'Spectator' button at the bottom.
