Anyone got unbanned by sending message to z8?
I just got banned this morning for 'hacking' ( i guess so) as they said but i never hacked, so i sent a message asking them to look at my case and im wondering if i will be unbanned soon or i will have to wait for 1 week. Anyone got unbanned before lift date by sending message to z8?

If you got perma banned it was most likely not false and you deserve your ban. Ahh I didnt see that, thanks for pointing it outHe sed he was temp banned 1 week, meaning by the auto ban, if u dont hack, then most likely you have a program that is counted by the autoban as a hack, OR your account was comprimised and somebody managed to use a hack with it

nah i dont have any progams running at the same time with crossfire and i never saw it say hack tool detected in the last 2-3 months
perhaps someone ik reported me cause i was annoying him in gm -.- -

in 11 january i could not login in my account. i was banned for "hack". i think someone reported me and by mistake i was banned.
i sent 2 support tickets and i posted one message here on forum.
in 12 january my account was unbanned.unfortunately, i lost my honourable soldier badge...

conclusion: if you are legit, you can be unbanned even without buying zp! -
It does not matter for paid or unpaid players whether or not you can be "unbanned".
We have issued "unbans" in the past, although rare. For investigated bans (permanent ones) we have re-opened the evidence to confirm. This is usually done by a different person to try and be objective.
Most of the time [read: almost all of the time] these bans stick, but we've made mistakes before and have done our best to correct them when that does happen. -

Not sure that was understandable... but if that happens you have to pay to get unbanned (pay what you owe z8).
TL;DR
Before I was scared of getting banned because of all the guys like you claiming to be pro and posting here that they got banned coz of a noob. Since I seen Tastylimes video in which he unscopes at long range god knows how many players on Ship and claimed it was skills (which seriously made me laugh) I don't trust you guys anymore. Plus I had stated Tasty didn't hack and his ban was unfair and had got an infraction (think I had insult a few guys...).
If you got perm banned then don't excpect much from z8.
If I got perm banned I would probably just be mad and never come back even though I am addicted to cf...

hmm only 48 hours? not everyone players everyday :S should be able to appeal the ban for the last couple weeks i think :P but your decision w/e -

A chargeback ban is different than what the OP was talking about.
Accounts are banned if there are financial problems on the account. If the financial issues are settled, the account will be released again. -

So after 2 weeks from the unban i got banned again yesterday because of the stupid auto ban system. Wtf is wrong with it cause i always run cf without other programs running and i never fking hack in any games.

I would also like to know what programs cost this because i am positive i dont hack and i have gamebooster,YY(chinese vent), and vent on when im playing and thats pretty much it
