basically, i'm losing 10-15 lbs by next friday
i was wondering if we had any nutrition experts or wrestlers in this community.
i'm kinda out of shape lol so i'm trying to lose this extra weight quickly.
basically, i'm just gonna eat, run, exercise, eat, run, exercise, eat, run, and sleep.
that'll pretty much be my day for this next week.
obviously i'm going to eat lightly but nutritionally.
any tips?

Cut soda
Eat only when you're really hungry
Eat slowly
Drink plenty of water
Do aerobic workouts
Take vitamin pills
Also take note that your body was not meant for "rapid weight loss". The most you should be losing is 1-2lbs a week. 3+ is bad and will cause your body to retain fat in fear since its losing so much. Fat=energy. -
Well I knew most of that, I don't exactly have all that much fat, I'm currently 155.
I plan to have breakfast, like one egg and some oats.
Then run two miles.
Then ab workouts plus some upper body push ups and pull-ups and some lunges.
Then relax for an hour or two.
Eat a salad and some fruit.
Run two more miles.
Then ab workouts plus some upper body push ups and pull-ups and some lunges.
Relax.
Dinner.
Run.
Aerobics.
Basically that on repeat for a week. -

intentionally losing 10-15 lbs a week is not healthy and at the same time counterproductive for above mentioned reasons, as styx said.
it's only incredibly unhealthy if you keep it up. I just want to lose these 10-15 pounds and then watch my diet from there. -
I know powerlifters who have to make weight, it's not pretty, but they usually do it. If you're just trying to make a weight goal for this week, losing your body's water weight usually does the trick. That's not saying go without water, but that you need to sweat. A lot. Sauna, heck, lots of hot, heavy clothes everywhere you go does the trick too, plus lots of cardio, you want your body to rid itself of the excess water that you have stored up. Plus you're going to want to crash diet, very few carbs, and zero salts, sugar, and fats if possible.
I'm not condoning doing that, as half the time, it'll put you in the hospital with an IV jammed in your arm before it will help you lose substantial weight, but if it's that big a deal to lose weight, those are the tricks I know.
P.S. If you manage to lose the weight that fast, the stress on your heart could kill you, unless you're like 300+ pounds and the percentage of total body weight you're losing isn't that high. Plus should you survive, weight lost and all, for a weight loss that drastic, the second you start eating regular meals and drinking water, a good part of that weight is going straight back on. It's why most diets are gradual, it's not really about losing the weight as it is conditioning your body into better eating habits and better physical shape. -

thanks for the only decent feedback.
however i did know all that as well, i know how to keep my body at the weight level after the weight loss. i've learned how my body reacts to certain diets over the years. i'll gain 2-3 from the water weight, but i'll be alright. my body is in good physical shape, i just feel heavy. i've gained a few over the past month. -

Vitamin pills don't make you loose weight because I have been given them by the doctor to gain weight.
No get some of them pills that help you gain muscle and burn fat.
I don't know anything about loosing weight I have spent all my life trying to gain it -_-

There was that quick weight loss (I forgot the name of it) that you can lose about that much in two days. The only problem with it, is it consists of not eating for two days (but you can have water) and exercising a lot, the problem with this, is once you do eat food after the 48 hour, you'll want to eat a lot of it, because you need it, so once you have it, it'll be like a mental addiction for a bit, though you're only supposed to have very little until a about 24 more hours down the road.

Is it hell as like, because when you get sick for a few weeks rather than looking like a half decomposed corpse you are a full blown skeleton.

Go fitness, Don't eat much unless your almost gunna die, No soda like: Coke, Fanta, Dr.Pepper
etc. Don't eat much bread when you go dinner. Don't eat fatty stuff like chips. Don't sport 24/7. I lost 20-25 KG I was over 100 now I'm 75 or something. I lost it in 2-3 months. -
IMO the best way to lose all that(fat) weight in 1 week is: Liposuction

No lol and what's about if i feel hungry all the day? xDEat lightly only when you feel hungry.
Just regular meals (non high-calorie) and physical activity

I know I've ate until I've been sick in a desperate attempt to gain a few pounds, and still looked half dead at the end of it -_- it's so much easier to loose weight or to be skinny and a man.
Because when your female and skinny they throw "anorexic" at you and there's nothing you can do about it ¬¬
