basically, i'm losing 10-15 lbs by next friday

i was wondering if we had any nutrition experts or wrestlers in this community.

i'm kinda out of shape lol so i'm trying to lose this extra weight quickly.

basically, i'm just gonna eat, run, exercise, eat, run, exercise, eat, run, and sleep.

that'll pretty much be my day for this next week.

obviously i'm going to eat lightly but nutritionally.

any tips?
