    I was using this to see if anyone knew any knowledge about weight loss that I didn't.

    I know I've ate until I've been sick in a desperate attempt to gain a few pounds, and still looked half dead at the end of it -_- it's so much easier to loose weight or to be skinny and a man.
    Because when your female and skinny they throw "anorexic" at you and there's nothing you can do about it ¬¬

    I'm doing weights I have to I was told by my physiotherapist, I would go into why but I totally can't be bothered basically my muscles are too weak, something happened a year and a bit ago and my muscles in my arms more than anywhere else weakened hence the weights and endless vitamins :|

  • tasty i had to drop to 140 for wrestling and i'm 5,10, i gained 40 lbs eating 3 whole chickens a day with protein shakes and raw eggs, took only 2 months to get back to 180, that's worked for everyone i know
  • WOW! People are complete idiots when it comes to fitness. Some information is correct, but most is just silly. 10-15 lbs in one week is a HUGE obstacle for your body. Depending on your body information, it's almost going to be a tall feat. Since your considerably young, your body processes in much higher volumes, and it's been known for teens in the age ranges of 13-14 and 16-18 to lose up to 3 lbs naturally in a day due to growing. My advice;

    Food: H20, Fruits & Vegetables ONLY. Not only will this purge your body of the crap toxins, but your body processes these two at quicker rates all while getting the appropriate nutrients. You can get all the vitamins and minerals needed in a day from your general selection...

    Exercise: 1.5-2 mi. every other day. Find your 'fatty' areas and attack those. i.e. stomach, hips and thighs are usually your 'storage'. Do an array of crunches daily; I advise you to research various variations for optimal exercise. In your running off day work on aerobic style fitness; Mountain climbers, squat-hops, agility ladder, etc...Hard quick exercises to heat your body up and SWEAT. If you enjoy dancing, dancing is a great workout even if your in the privacy of your home.

    It's about feeding your body the nutrients to survive, heating your body up, and sweating your body out....It's not certain you'll lose the desired amount, but I can guarantee you'll get d*mn near close. Just remember; Your gonna need to keep up with some sort of exercise after your days are complete....It's like a train wreck if you don't. Your body packs it back on in a flash. If your not interested in continuing, at least ween your body off it, and lower your workout each day, gradually coming down.

  • Use the half plate rule. basically this means one half of your plate will be some other food and the other will be fruits and vegtibles.
    Also get a smaller plate. A study was shown that people who take a bigger plate tend to eat more not becuase they need to but becuase the food is just there. Also cut the fast food. Do not go in any places like mcdonalds.

    aslo Run more. i run 6-10 miles 2 times a day. losing 3-4 pounds a day. Although i eat more and im 14 so i still grow..im not losing that much weight just like 1 pound a day for me.

    Also do musle exercising like pushups and bench. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn when your laying or sitting.

    Another things yo can do is quiver your legs a little to lose more weight.

    Dont just do this for a week...Change your whole lifestyle so you can look best and not gain the weight back.
