yup me two, they put me on a seven day ban, and i ASKED for proof a million times, they failed to show any pro0of of my account using hacks, which ofc not, they wouldnt, cuz i dont use hacks, so there dumb ass excuse was, "OHH were looking into a POSSIBLE hack on your account", its fckin stupid, and on a game today there was 2 hackers on each team, and i kept askin and askin for ppl toi kick, noone would and I WAS KICKED, like fck, CF is nearly dead in my eyes. -

I know this argh
99% of the people playing CF are to sad to kick a hacker, they rather abuse the hackers presence cause they suck so hard without a hacker supporting them xD -
I Need more support on my ideas, otherwise GM's will ignore my thread, then not do sh*t about these Hackers -.-
Bit of advice ...
It's not the GM's you must impress and make an impression on to make these kind of changes in the game (although they might pass it on to a higher authority). It's not Z8games.com either. GM's merely help run the game. Many MOD's are (normally) volunteer. Z8games hosts CrossFire on their website and servers. I would imagine it is more along the lines of G4BOX that needs to give the okay for any of the hosting sites to implement such changes.
That's how most gaming sites have been structured. -
Even if u saw a Master Sergeant Hacker, my point is the harder the rank restriction the fewer Hackers there will be. It will be a big improvement to the game if they do so. I hope Dev's have something planned for next patch, we will just have to wait & see, as u told me.
low ranks hack just as much as high ranks do, rank means nothing when you can farm -

The mods have stated people who get reported for hacking are either cleared or banned permanently. Only the people who get autobanned by the built-in system get 7 day bans.
So someone is lying, I'm not saying it's you, I'm not saying it the mods but someone is. -

You can also get auto banned for having cracked software and stuff on your PC.
Even if it's not got anything to do with CF. -
(1). Change the Rank Restrictions on these following Servers to atleast Master Sergeant or higher: Delta, UK4 & US South Server 2. (This way it will be much harder to get in & many Farmer/Hackers won't be bothered in trying to reach this high rank just so, they can get through these Servers & use Hack & becoming in risk of getting banned ect).
And/Or..
(2). Have a New Regulation System, that if u get banned 3 times, you get permanently banned or just atleast extend the banning days from 7days to 28days or more, for noobs who use Normal Hack or VIP Hack(Any type of Hack).
(1) I've seen many high ranks aimboting, by the way its a good idea since it will be less people to report, nowdays its realy boring to report, if you realy want to report a hacker you have to be with z8 hack report page always open, and send a file 15 per 15 minutes, this happen because they got away too soon from rookie/standart servers, increasing the rank requirement it would be harder to the noobs hackers reach the pro's place.
(2) After 3 times reported it should be permanently for sure. -
As I mentioned. For hackers that are proven to hack via a report, they apparently do not get a 7 day ban. It is permanent.
See this > http://forum.z8games.com/showpost.php?p=1371302&postcount=48
I''ll put some of it here for convenience. When a replay is sent in, and it is found that you hack, it is a permanent ban.
The autoban system that scans is different. As it can't prove you hacked in CrossFire, it can prove that you have some sort of process running that shouldn't have been.
No one said you weren't legit. BUT, you have SOMETHING running that should not be, so I suggest looking in your task manager for something running like some sort of injector or cheat engine or whatever.
It will pick up more than just stuff for CF, which is why it only starts as a one week ban. -
I don't know, I reported a Turk many times using the old report system and nothing came of it and I just recently did so again using the new report system.
He's very close to 1st LT and every time an hack is out he has it, I recently played in Egypt with this noob and he just sits near the enemy spawn with an MP5 one shotting and botting everyone with a constant "multi kill" at the top.
And of course many many players must of reported him, in the game I was in 1 major said he was going to report. -
Just thought I'd mentioned something I noticed.
I have reported countless hackers using the webform under crossfire > hacking, and we know we never hear anything about the result.
I also recently sent in a screenshot of someone offering hacks in-game, only then I used the webform under crossfire > complaints to send the jpg.
I got a reply from the complaint within 2 days, alot quicker than hacking reports are dealt with it seems, I wonder why that is? -
CyberCatUK wrote: »I got a reply from the complaint within 2 days, alot quicker than hacking reports are dealt with it seems, I wonder why that is?
Me thinks... They thinks...
Hack reports pending 20,000 - "Arg don't go there"
Complaints pending 20 - "Ah that's better, I'll start there"
But really IDK:D -
Well ok, I get that its due to the number.
Just seems they take complaints more seriously, as I would imagine they want to keep people playing. But hacker reports are basically complaints and if they are not handled in a proper manner people have and will stop playing.
Which is obviously why they need more people checking. I'm available for several hours a day to check reports. I've offered to help but they say they don't need help. Funny that, as it sure looks like they do because they sure can't handle it at the moment. -

I agree.CyberCatUK wrote: »Which is obviously why they need more people checking. I'm available for several hours a day to check reports. I've offered to help but they say they don't need help. Funny that, as it sure looks like they do because they sure can't handle it at the moment.
Many would do the above but I think the the GM's tend to believe everyone that would want to do this job are just noobs that just want to "ban all hackers", you know those players that rage at everything "omg hs - hak!!".
And their right most of the community is like that and couldn't spot an hacker a mile off whilst ranting about the guy that just got a 3-4-5 kill using skill.
But there are players who can tell hack from skill and when in doubt the benefit of doubt should always go to the player and not reporter.
They should add more replay reviewers I know for fact they have a lot of work and not enough staff, many would do it for free or just throow them a little ZP for their efforts.
It would make a better game all around. -
Yes, the problem I see is how do they tell who is trust worthy to carry out this role. It is easy for me to say I am, you are, or he/she is, but they really don't know us and obviously they wouldn't want just any people being banned which again would lose them customers.
The only way I could see it working is for them to test some people. Give them a bunch of replays, even ones they have already seen, which contains real hackers and simply good players and see if we can correctly identify which ones are hacking.
The system needs to evolve, they need help and some of us are mature and knowledgeable enough to help everyone. -
Lawlz0rrrrrr wrote: »I really don't like the rank restricting idea.
So you're basically saying that players below the rank of Master Sergent are pretty much stuck in a hacker environment....
Way to welcome the new players....
Thats why i had 2 suggestions, my (2) idea should help the so called ''hack environment'' if Devs make a stricter hack regulation it will reduce the non-restricted servers.. Punish harder like extend the banning days from 7 to 28days or much more, or even banning them permanently if they get caught more than once hacking .. My suggestions are almost perfect, if they (Devs) did this im sure it would f**cking work & deduct the number of hackers out there. -

Yes, use old replays that decisions have already been made on say 20?
Then let potential reviewers review those first, based on the results you either get "no thank you noob" or "great get cracking":p -
Some of u mentioned that players who get caught hacking (100%) get banned permanently, i don't see that as a true fact, because i know a real nob hacker i dn't know his IGN exactly, but im sure most of u have seen him in UK Servers ''Snake'' this player has been hacking for like atleast 7months now or maybe more. Every time i see him in the same room im in, he chamms , 1shot kill hack .. u name it he has had all those hacks & yet is running loose out there fu***** the life out of us legits. I guess that player has had maybe a ban of 7 days but certainly not a permanent one.
This is why Devs need to change hacking regulations to stricter ones for CF to become more legitimate. Untill this doesn't happen we are going to suffer. -_- -

happened to me. i was getting LOADS of hs in a 3v3 elimination game, and i got kicked and reported for aim bot. got banned for 7 days. -

If this is true then, im pretty Gobsmacked! *_* Dev's need to pull themselves together if they can't even define the difference between good players & hackers.. --'
Honestly if they can't do there job right they should ''RESIGN'' as game developers.. Pff! -

Same as this Turkish noob, he's been hacking 'forever' even when he was a low ranker.megakilla100 wrote: »happened to me. i was getting LOADS of hs in a 3v3 elimination game, and i got kicked and reported for aim bot. got banned for 7 days.
I get loads I don't get banned.
Are you sure you wasn't doing 360's during the shot? -
IP Banns work the best. trust me on this one.
Of course, unless the player has a Asymetric Digital Subscriber Line(ADSL)
Some of these connections use a dynamic IP system which changes the Ip adress by easily reseting the connection
I have something like that but i dont use hacks, acctually i didnt even try to use them its boring. -
Like i said before IP ban aint that good enough for Hacker punishment (Most players know how to change it).. Dev's should either change rank restrictions to a much higher rank e.g Master-Lieu. & replace Staff Sergeants bcz its to low & easy for any one almost to get in. Also make harsher banning punishments like i already suggested before e.g creating a new Hacking system that automatically detects any Hack (Hack tool detection) in their acc. &/or PC system & permanently banning them for good. Surely this way if we had both these things atleast 90% of Hackers would reduce & relinquish.
Please GM's dont ignore my suggestion let Dev's know about my idea,
Regards.. -
I warned of this earlier before this ever occured. I warned that the hacker epidemic would come, But nooooo, everyone thought I was crazy.
Guys, its over, stop reporting, just stop playing, and most importantly, stop spending. If you cant hurt them with weapons or words, hurt them in their pocket (economically). -

Once we pass the hack spot test the chosen undercover hack detectives (better name goes here!) could then use alternate accounts to play and secretly catch the hackers live. No need for the detectives to send off more reports, we should be able to instantly ban them, even if this way we are only able to ban them for a week to teach them a lesson. A repeat offence then results in permanent banning.
Less reports to do, less delays, instant player banning, happier honest players.
Yep, this has been suggested before, to have in game mods banning, but we know they currently do not have the man/woman power to accomplish this.
Notice to z8: Your players are your greatest asset, use them wisely!
