Admins don't ban accounts..?

I reported to hackers... they were hacking 100% , they use wallhack , or ONE SHOT KILL... and I see the last day they played... and they play still...

They don't ban or what..?

It usually takes a lot longer than 1 day to ban a hacker, the replay (proof) must first be carefully watched by Z8 staff before making the decission to ban the player.

But then again, the hacker can easily make a new account and carry on doing what he does best.
