"Operating system not supported" X-Trap Error

When starting up the game, I get the X-trap error "The operating system is not supported." The error code is ''01-0300-00000000-031''. I am currently running Windows Server 2008. I have been able to run the game in the past on both vista and XP with no problems. I would HIGHLY appreciate any help or fixes I can get for this, thanks in advance.
