Web Form Support

OK, so I just sent off a web support form and I got the flashing mail icon 'Your Ticket was Replied'
I clicked it and It went to the support contact history with the status:CLOSE
BUt no reply message anywhere

How do I find the actual Response ?

Im just wondering why crossfire is not working on my PC, I am running Windows 7 , 32 Bit and Im Just wondering why I cant install crrossfire.

Ive used the Downloader , which just downloads the setup which dosent work , Ive tried downloading an older version from brothersoft and then patching it , this wont install and the newest (Slowest ) simple setup download
(west Coast 1 ) dosent work.

Ive used crossfire before but removed it when upgrading operating systems .

When I run the setup from my downloads directory it just takes ages to load the littler bart at the top (7/Vista Only) and then shows crossfiresetup.exe running in Task Managerbut no window comes up.


Please Help
